📦 Lyte Drops Return & Refund Policy

At Lyte Drops, we stand by the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every order arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues may arise during shipping. Below is our return and refund policy.

🔹 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product arrives damaged during shipping. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

💡 We cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at lyteddrops@healthlytes.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

🔹 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email lyteddrops@healthlytes.com with your order number, a photo of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Receive Your Return Label: If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Send the Item Back: Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label.
  4. Get Your Replacement or Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

🚨 Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

❌ Unopened, undamaged, or used products

❌ Sale items or gift cards

Due to the nature of consumable health products, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipments.

🔹 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

💡 Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at lyteddrops@healthlytes.com.
